Greg Berman
After Graduating Boston University with a degree in Economics and Art History he started building luxury estate homes  in South Florida in 1992. Mr. Berman Completed over 200 homes including a waterfront 32 unit development. He has  built and renovated homes in notable communities such as: Frenchman’s Creek, Jupiter Island, Sea Ranch Lakes, Lighthouse Point, Poinciana Estates on Biscayne Bay, Highland Beach, Juno Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach and Manalapan. 

Stuart Lepera
Started Building homes in South Florida in 1988 and has an impressive record of achievement in Luxury Residential construction. Mr. Lepera has also built and renovated over 200 homes during his career in well known communities  such as Ballen Isles, Frenchman’s Creek, Singer Island, Tierra Delray, Sanctuary, Long Lake Estates, Woodfield  Country Club, Saint Andrews, Royal Palm, Polo Club and Manalapan.
